Account Manager:

Want to work from home? Want to create your own hours? Want some other third thing? No, you won’t be selling steak knives, herbal remedies or beauty products. You’ll be sourcing new business, selling ad space and schmoozing around town.

Here’s what it takes:

    People skills – you’ve got to be a smooth talker
    Phone skills – uh, err, umm… not good enough
    Awesome selling abilities (preferred but not required)

You’ll be working on an attractive commission structure, which means that if you’re no good at sales, probably best not to apply (or do, see if I care). But if you can sell birth control to a nun, then you’ll be making the big bucks in no time!

So if you have experience in meeting sales targets, managing clients, or possess mad ninja-like skillz, then pick up the phone. But wait, there’s more.
